Lampwright Parchment Shade with a Hand Painted Edge 180mm

Goatskin parchment with a painted line at the top and bottom edge, put on by hand with a lining brush. Every one is very slightly out and that is correct.

Shades are the part of a wall light that gets damaged, discoloured or simply tired of, and there is rarely any need to replace the whole fitting. Everything here uses either a 30mm gallery, a standard E14 shade ring or a clip fitting, all three of which are stated below, so you can match a shade to a fitting you already own. If you are not sure what you have, send us a photograph of the underside of the shade holder.

Fitting

No wiring is involved. A gallery shade drops onto the ring and is held by three thumb screws. A shade ring type sits on the lamp holder under the lamp. Take the old one off before you order if you are unsure which you have.
