Rest of world
We ship to Europe at a flat £14.95 and to the rest of the world at £19.95, typically 5 to 10 working days. Duties and import taxes are payable by you on arrival and are not included in the price shown at checkout.
Lead times
A little over a third of our range is made to order. Those pieces are carved, cast, blown or forged after you have ordered, and the lead time is stated on the product page, usually three to six weeks. The delivery times above begin when the piece is finished, not when the order is placed.
Stocked items ordered before 1pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.
Made to order and sets
Where an order contains both a stocked item and a made to order item we hold the order and send it complete, unless you ask us to split it. Splitting is free, just reply to your order confirmation.
Tracking
You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number. Large and fragile pieces travel on a two person service and the carrier will telephone you to book a slot.
Delivery problems
If a parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging before you open it further and email us within 48 hours. If a parcel does not arrive within 10 working days of dispatch, tell us and we will chase the carrier and resend or refund.
Addresses we cannot reach
We do not currently deliver to PO boxes, BFPO addresses or freight forwarders.
