What to include

If your question is about an existing order, quote your order number. If it is about whether a fitting will work in your room, tell us the wall construction, the width of the space and roughly where the switch is, and we will give you a straight answer rather than a sales one.

For a bespoke commission, send photographs from several angles with a tape measure in at least one of them.

For trade and contract enquiries, include your company name and registration number and we will route it to the right person.
