Chalkhill Studio Pemberley Hand Thrown Ceramic Bowl Uplighter Wall Light
Description
A stoneware bowl thrown on the wheel and glazed in a soft dolomite white that breaks to cream on the rim. Fired to 1260 degrees so the body is fully vitrified and will not craze over a radiator.
Thrown, glazed and fired in our Dorset studio in small batches. Stoneware moves in the kiln, so height and diameter vary by a few millimetres between pieces and glaze pools differently on every one. Sold singly.

Fitting
This is a hardwired fitting and should be installed by a qualified electrician working to BS 7671. It arrives with a standard round backplate and fixing screws. Wall plugs are not supplied because the right fixing depends on whether you are going into brick, block, plasterboard or lath and plaster. At roughly 5.4 kilograms it needs a proper fixing. Use the supplied screws into masonry, or a heavy duty plasterboard anchor rated well above the weight of the light.
